Senator Paskvan, Vice Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                  
that the Health and Social Services Committee referral be waived on                                                             
SENATE BILL NO. 250 "An Act requiring insurance coverage for                                                                    
autism spectrum disorders, describing the method for establishing a                                                             
treatment plan for those disorders, and defining the treatment required                                                         
for those disorders; and providing for an effective date." Without                                                              
objection, the bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
